Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that you cancel or make changes to your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment booked. No-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment booked. For pre-purchased packages and memberships, a $50 fee will apply for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows.

Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment due to scheduling constraints, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
